WE DID IT!‍ We saved Poole Crematorium. BCP council will install 2 new electric cremators at Poole Crematorium.

We are pleased to hear that the leader of BCP Council has asked for a new report detailing options for the replacement of cremators at Poole to be brought to cabinet in the next six months. However, we would strongly urge that any new report be independent of BCP Council so everyone can have complete confidence in it.

BCP Council is reviewing the decision on whether to install new cremators at Poole at a Cabinet Meeting to be held on 28th September. We are encouraging as many of you who can, to write a statement in support of new cremators at Poole.

BCP council have to respond to this petition on their own portal website! Sign and share with others to make a change!

The Daily Echo has picked up on our petition and it has written an article about itIn the article, there is a response from the leader of BCP. This is the first time we have had any official response from the council, maybe they will start taking notice.

Poole Crematorium is now closed until the end of AUGUST 2022 whilst its refurbishment takes place.
